Prepare for Tough QuestionsWhen asked a seemingly random question, reason your way to the answer out loud. A moment of silence to
compile an answer is expected, but an extra long pause gives the impression that you really don't understand.
Difficult personal questions are best answered with honesty. You don't have to tell him/her about a
disaster you caused, rather an incident that you handled well. Think about these situations ahead of time for confident answers.
Think through personal and work situations that you have been
involved with in your past. This will help you quickly recall pertinent
sitiuations when they come up in the interview.
If you don't have a relevant answer to a pointed question, tell the interviewer what you would do in that
situation. View Print Version
